Job summary

ZETA WORLD REALTY, INC. is seeking a Facilities Management Staff to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our buildings and common areas. This role requires hands-on maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Building Maintenance Supervisor.

On-site availability is required in Rizal, San Mateo, Philippines. Candidate should have vocational training and basic knowledge across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on tasks.
• On-site availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities and common areas.
• Assist in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities on building equipment and facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and reported building concerns.
• Help identify and report electrical, plumbing, structural, and other facility issues.
• Support the Building Maintenance Supervisor in repair and maintenance activities.
• Assist contractors and service providers during scheduled maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain maintenance records and report completed work and unresolved concerns.
• Observe safety procedures and property maintenance standards.
