Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold small to medium‑sized buildings and industrial equipment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting energy efficiency across building systems.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with the ability to perform physical tasks and use basic MS Office tools. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Tagbilaran City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate results clearly.
• Deliver outputs by following defined procedures under supervision.
