Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician in the Philippines to maintain medium to large buildings and complex industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs to ensure reliable operation.

You’ll inspect installations for code compliance, assist with equipment modifications, and support energy management by keeping building systems energy efficient. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade diploma with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities
