Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Taguig, Metro Manila. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems across small to medium facilities.

You will inspect installations for safety compliance, assist with equipment installation, and support energy management to ensure optimal system performance. A High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements such as stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs+.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information and operate with basic work routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to keep building systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and communicate information clearly.
• Deliver outputs by following procedures under supervision and guidance.
