Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Strong communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic work routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
