Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installations under supervision, ensuring energy efficiency and code compliance.

The role requires basic technical training and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. On-site work in a facilities environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Comfort with routine inspections and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose issues.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
