Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best action for modifications.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Carry out duties and tasks as defined by procedures under close supervision and guidance.
