Job summary

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain, repair, and service equipment across our facilities. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure reliable operations to support our janitorial and facility management services.

This full-time role requires strong technical knowledge of cleaning equipment, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, plus the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technician or in a maintenance role within janitorial/facility services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cleaning equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes, implementing effective solutions.
• Repair and replace defective components to minimise service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and servicing for compliance and tracking.
• Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure safety and operation standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the team and prioritise urgent repairs.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations during technical work.
• Report equipment status and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
