Job summary

ZC Kings Manpower Cooperative in Manila City, Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Technician to join our operations team on a full-time basis. The role covers maintenance across building systems to ensure safety, functionality and performance.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment, read blueprints, and work with a team to minimise downtime and support quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Competent in at least three trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding or general repairs).
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical).
• Inspect, diagnose and repair building infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document findings in maintenance logs and reports.
