Job summary

• Minimum 4 years in building maintenance in corporate/offices.
• Experience with electrical and air conditioning systems, fault finding and repair.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation and ability to train others.
• Willing to work outside normal hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and fault-finding on electrical, aircon, and plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and manuals.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and schedules; maintain safety standards.
• Maintain stock levels for materials and tools; assist with PM and preventive maintenance.
• Handle administrative duties such as time sheets and checklists.
