Job summary

The role involves daily facility inspections, coordinating with vendors, delegating tasks, and reporting issues to superiors to maintain high service standards for tenants and visitors. Strong communication and prioritization are essential to manage multiple tasks, emergencies, and routine repairs

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
• TESDA certificate preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign tasks.
• Monitor subordinates to meet standards.
• Organize personnel and materials for projects.
• Inspect properties daily for operability and safety.
• Coordinate with agency reps on manpower and tools.
• Report issues to security or supervisor and assist as needed.
