Job summary

You will perform basic repairs, coordinate maintenance, and handle routine inspections while supporting emergency response and energy-conservation initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic trade skills, and the ability to work onsite during the day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
• Experience in housekeeping, facilities, maintenance or related role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• Physically capable of performing hands-on tasks.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work alone or in a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and on day shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of office facilities.
• Ensure common areas, workspaces, pantry areas, restrooms, and other facilities are properly maintained.
• Perform basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist in coordinating repairs and services for facilities-related needs.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies such as power outages, flooding, leaks, etc.
