Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in the Philippines to oversee the maintenance, safety, reliability, and readiness of stores, warehouses, offices, and facilities. You will lead preventive and corrective programs, manage contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance to support daily business operations.

The role requires a 5+ year background in facilities management, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and willingness to travel between Wilcon properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of property maintenance or facilities management experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong planning, budgeting, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across Company properties.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and building systems are safe and reliable.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, and asset performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead property improvement, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Monitor downtime and implement reliability improvements.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, and metrics.
• Lead and develop the Property Maintenance team.
