Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for general upkeep of facility equipment and property structures. You will address electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.

In addition, you will conduct site surveys, supervise installations, and inspect and repair Wilcon's in-house and exclusive products. Willingness to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch is essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a Technical/Vocational course and NCII in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in building maintenance and product repairs.
• Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
• Ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems function optimally.
