Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. You will ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems operate at optimum functionality.

You will also perform site surveys, supervision, installation, and check/repair of Wilcon's in-house and exclusive products, partnering with branch teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Technical/Vocational course.
• NCII qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in building maintenance work and product repairs.
• Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure optimum functionality.
• Conduct site surveys, supervision, installation and checks/repairs of Wilcon’s in-house and exclusive products.
