Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to conduct general upkeep and repairs on facility equipment and structures.

You will ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems run at optimum levels while performing site surveys, supervision, installation, and checks on Wilcon's in-house and exclusive products. The role requires a technical/vocational background with NCII qualifications and relevant maintenance experience, and willingness to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon

Qualifications

• At least college graduate of Technical/Vocational Course.
• NCII qualifications relevant to the discipline.
• Experience in building maintenance and product repairs.
• Willing to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
• Ensure electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems operate optimally.
• Perform site surveys, supervision, installation, and check/repair of Wilcon products.
