Job summary

Wilcon Depot, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in the Philippines to oversee the maintenance, safety, reliability, and operational readiness of Wilcon's stores, warehouses, distribution centers, offices, and other facilities.

You will ensure facilities are safe, well-maintained, cost-effective, and ready to support daily business operations through effective maintenance planning and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, building operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing multiple sites, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, building systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across Company properties.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and building systems are safe, reliable, and operational.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance service providers.
• Monitor maintenance costs, budgets, and asset performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead property improvement, repair, and maintenance projects.
• Monitor facility downtime and implement measures to improve reliability.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop the Property Maintenance team.
