Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer required.
• Experience in facilities management, retail or commercial setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
• Problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with building systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for optimal facility functioning.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor energy usage and drive energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying savings.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with departments to support retail operations and address facility needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
