Job summary

The Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance for warehouse and store facilities in Cebu City, Philippines. The role requires an Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree and at least 3 years in facilities maintenance, preferably in retail or fast-food environments.

Must be a Graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in facilities maintenance/repair.
Experience in retail or fast-food industry is preferred.
Able to read and interpret building plans.
Knowledge of panel board installation and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs - perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of the warehouse and/or store's facilities and equipment.
Inspections and Testing - conduct regular tests and inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure good working condition.
Preventive Maintenance - implement procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of systems.
Communication and Collaboration - coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors.
Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
