Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required, Civil preferred.
• 2–3 years in an administrative specialist role with facilities management and customer service.
• At least 1 year of project experience.
• Engineering license and/or Building Administration certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical security operations on the ground.
• Maintain facilities administration, 5S, and safety compliance.
• Lead vendor contract reviews and SLAs, manage supplier data.
• Coordinate fleet, travel, and logistics for personnel.
• Support budgeting, payables, and executive assistance.
• Ensure compliance with major ISO standards.
