As General Services Operations Management Specialist, you will oversee the tactical operations of Security on the ground and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with General Services Operations Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Facilities & Structure Administration: Maintain the physical plant, fixtures, furniture, and equipment, and implement a Repair and Maintenance Plan in consultation with internal customers. Ensure basic necessities like power, lighting, and air-conditioning are operational, oversee the proper allocation of workstations, and implement 5S office cleanliness practices.
• Health, Safety, & Sanitation: Oversee waste management segregation, hygiene, and regular pest control through third-party contractors. Ensure fire extinguishers are calibrated and drinking water is tested regularly in coordination with the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Department.
• Business Continuity & Emergency Preparedness: Comply with risk-based management plans (like the BCP) and ensure there is a sufficient 3-day supply of emergency food and water for the operations team. Protect information assets in accordance with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) policies.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Spearhead the review and renewal of all contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining an updated database of suppliers. Monitor contractor performance, ensure their compliance with statutory, legal, and safety requirements, and conduct continuous scouting and accreditation of new service providers.
• Fleet, Logistics, & Travel Management: Oversee the maintenance and dispatch of fleet vehicles, ensuring compliance with the Road Transport Safety Management System (RTSMS). Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodations for personnel on official business, and manage the organization's hailing service account.
• Budgeting, Billing, & Executive Support: Process and monitor payables, including invoices from utilities, vendors, and hotels, ensuring payments are released according to agreed terms. Manage company funds, assist the FSM manager with budget finalization, and provide executive assistance to key executives assigned to the region.
• Compliance: Conform to company policies based on major ISO standards.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Education: A degree in any Engineering course is required. Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years working in an administrative specialist capacity with demonstrated experience in Facilities Management and Customer Service. Must also possess at least 1 year of project experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: An Engineering License and/or a Building Administration Certificate are preferred.
