8+ years in Oil & Gas or Power with 3+ years in carbon capture/CCU projects and 3+ years in leadership.
Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead BESS and new technology projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget, quality, and regulations.
Evaluate BESS/new technologies and support the development of technology strategies and roadmaps.
Develop technical concepts, project plans, business cases, cost and risk assessments, and engineering standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, regulators, government, and partners to resolve issues and optimize projects.
Monitor industry trends and provide management with technical insights, recommendations, and project updates.
