Job summary

Treasure Island Industrial Corporation is seeking a Facilities Engineering Supervisor to ensure safe, reliable operation of building structures, grounds, and critical equipment. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage improvement initiatives, and ensure ISO 9001 and safety compliance across departments.

You will oversee a team, coordinate service requests, and drive facility projects while assisting in budget planning and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• At least 3 years of facilities engineering experience, with 1 year in supervision.
• PRC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Facilities Engineering activities across B&G and O&M.
• Conduct performance appraisals and development plans to ensure growth.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment, buildings, interiors, and grounds.
• Manage corrective maintenance to ensure quick resolutions.
• Oversee boilers, HVAC, power distribution, and water systems.
• Lead facility-related projects and budget management.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate service requests and updates with internal customers.
• Lead emergency response activities.
