About The Role

The Facilities Engineering Supervisor oversees the entire Facilities Engineering section, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building structures, grounds, and critical facility equipment. The role leads and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, manages facility improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001, safety protocols, and company policies. The Supervisor works closely with internal customers across all departments, ensuring timely communication, collaboration, and updates regarding service requests, facility issues, project progress, and maintenance activities.

About The Role

The Facilities Engineering Supervisor oversees the entire Facilities Engineering section, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building structures, grounds, and critical facility equipment. The role leads and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, manages facility improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001, safety protocols, and company policies. The Supervisor works closely with internal customers across all departments, ensuring timely communication, collaboration, and updates regarding service requests, facility issues, project progress, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities of the Facilities Engineering team, assign work priorities, and monitor daily task execution across B&G and O&M functions
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, set individual objectives, and track development plans to ensure continuous improvement and career growth
• Oversee implementation of all preventive maintenance programs for equipment, buildings, interiors, and grounds
• Manage corrective maintenance activities to ensure quick and effective resolution
• Oversee operations of boilers and steam systems, compressed air systems, power distribution and generator sets, HVAC systems and chilled water plants, water supply and pumping systems, ventilation systems, fire protection systems, and water chlorination systems
• Supervise maintenance and improvement of all building-related structures including offices, meeting rooms, building walls, floors, ceilings, exterior structures, roofs, drainage, grounds, landscaping, and perimeter fences
• Oversee the entire Service Request and Service Call management system and ensure timely coordination with requesting departments
• Lead facilities-related projects covering facility expansion, repairs, equipment installation, and building improvements
• Assist in preparing and managing the facilities budget for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• Enforce compliance with all safety procedures and statutory requirements, conduct risk assessments, and lead emergency response activities

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, with at least 1 year supervisory experience
• PRC License
