Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Facilities Engineer to maintain and improve warehouse facilities, infrastructure, and equipment across multiple locations in Metro Manila. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage records, and support safety programs to prevent hazards and ensure compliance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of conveyors and automated equipment, accurate documentation, and collaboration with contractors and landlords.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of facilities engineering, maintenance or warehouse ops experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition via regular inspections.
• Maintain maintenance records and as-built drawings.
• Oversee operation and repair of conveyors, dock equipment, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with landlords/contractors on warehouse construction issues.
• Prepare technical specs, estimates, and participate in supplier evaluations.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Occasional travel between warehouse locations and possible overtime.
