Qualifications

• Registered Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer.
• Willing to be assigned to Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Monitor building system operations and performance under limited supervision.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.).
• Maintain energy management to minimize operating costs.
• Respond to emergencies and complete maintenance records.
