Job summary

Littelfuse in Lipa, Philippines is seeking a Facilities Engineer to create and execute the Facilities Maintenance Program, ensure safety practices, and maintain equipment reliability. The role requires a licensed engineering degree with 5+ years in manufacturing facility maintenance, ISO knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and implement the Facilities Maintenance Program.

Monitors plant utility consumption and supports energy management, ensures safety practices are implemented and provides continuous support to production requirements.**About the job:*** Create, develop and implement the Facilities Maintenance Program.* Implement safety practices to reduce or eliminate incident/accident from happening* Ensure compliance with government permits required by PEZA.* Ensure that Facility Equipment is operating efficiently, monitor efficiency and apply necessary action if needed to maintain efficiency at a high level.* Monitor Facility Equipment Capacity and react with necessary action when approaching 80%.
