Job summary

SAN YANG INTERTRADE CORP is seeking a Facilities Engineer/In-house Engineer to lead facilities maintenance, permits, licenses, and office support across offices and properties in the Philippines.

You will drive cost savings, oversee energy management and sanitation, monitor contractor performance, and conduct procedural audits while coordinating with LGUs and agencies for official transactions. Strong communication and multi-site coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Licensed/registered electrical or mechanical engineer preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in building and facilities management and administration.
• Candidate must be focused, driven, and a team player.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-centric with drive for continuous improvements.
• Experience with multi-site coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Google Drive and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost savings, engineering maintenance, energy management, sanitation.
• Monitor and report contractor performance; conduct procedural audits.
• Support inspections by LGUs and other agencies in official business.
• Perform other tasks or special projects within the department as assigned.
