Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines seeks a proactive Facilities Engineer to oversee maintenance, safety, and efficiency of warehouse facilities. You will manage HVAC, generator systems, and building infrastructure to ensure compliant, reliable logistics operations.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities engineering, a Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering degree, and Safety Officer 2 certification. You will coordinate with contractors and drive energy-efficiency and sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Safety Officer 2 Certification.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities engineering experience, preferably in warehousing/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, generator operations, and building maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Oversee operation and maintenance of standby generators and outage readiness.
• Create preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for warehouse infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Lead facility improvement projects and manage budgets/timelines.
