Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Facilities Engineer to lead operation and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective support for the factory.

Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, you will manage building services, MV electrical systems, predictive maintenance, and contractor oversight, while driving energy efficiency and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance across all facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
• REE or RME license is preferred.
• Knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution, building services, HVAC, CCTV, and fire systems.
• Strong documentation and safety compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems (MCCs, substations, transformers).
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain facility electrical and building services systems.
• Lead contractor oversight for mid-scale facilities repairs and maintenance.
• Execute maintenance plans and address safety, GMP/HACCP compliance audits.
• Prepare work instructions, site inspections, and quality checks.
• Support energy monitoring and efficiency initiatives.
