Job summary

Unilever Philippines seeks a Facilities Engineer to lead operation and maintenance of site facilities at Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite. You will manage electrical systems, building services, and safety/compliance programs to enable safe, reliable production.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, contractor coordination, and focus on energy efficiency and process safety. Excellent documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• REE/RME license preferred.
• Knowledge of MV/LV electrical distribution and building services.
• Ability to analyze systems and propose improvements.
• Awareness of safety standards (OSH, GMP, HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems including MV/LV distribution and substations.
• Oversee building services (lighting, HVAC, CCTV, FDAS).
• Lead contractor activities for facilities maintenance and small projects.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and energy data analysis.
• Prepare work instructions, site inspections, and documentation packages.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP/HACCP procedures.
