Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Facilities Engineer to lead operation and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring safe, reliable and compliant support for the factory. The role covers MV/LV electrical systems, building services, HVAC, FDAS, CCTV, and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include contractor management, predictive maintenance with thermal imaging, and ensuring adherence to GMP/HACCP and environmental policies. Based in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with MV/LV electrical distribution and building services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Safety, GMP/HACCP basics and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of site facilities and electrical distribution to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate with contractors for medium-scale repairs and projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems (MCCs, substations, PCCs).
• Conduct thermal imaging preventive maintenance and act as SME/trainer for thermography.
• Prepare work instructions, inspect work, and document results and compliance.
