What You'll Do
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of site facilities and workplace infrastructure
- Oversee building maintenance programs, equipment upkeep, and leasehold improvements
- Conduct facility inspections and implement preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives
- Monitor and maintain critical equipment including UPS systems, generators, air-conditioning units, and other facility assets
- Track utility consumption and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Maintain maintenance contracts, service records, compliance documents, and technical reports
- Support workplace safety, environmental compliance, and operational standards
Project & Site Management
- Participate in facility enhancement projects, site renovations, workplace rehabilitation, and space planning initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance activities and project schedules with internal teams to minimize operational disruption
- Assist in workspace planning, office moves, seating arrangements, and facility expansion activities
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage facility-related service requests and ensure timely resolution within service level commitments
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support meetings, training activities, onboarding requirements, and workspace readiness
- Collaborate closely with Capacity Planning, Operations, and Site Leadership teams
- Build productive relationships with vendors, contractors, building administrators, and regulatory agencies
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze facility performance data and recommend process, efficiency, and cost‑saving improvements
- Stay updated on facilities management best practices, engineering standards, and workplace innovation initiatives
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (ME) or Licensed Electrical Engineer (EE)
- Willing to work on-site in Sutherland Pili, Camarines Sur
- Willing to work flexible schedules and extended hours when business needs require
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Understanding of facilities operations, building systems, and workplace maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical design concepts, calculations, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with generator sets, UPS systems, HVAC equipment, and other critical facility infrastructure
- Exposure to building construction, fit‑out projects, renovation works, or facility upgrades
- Basic project management and contractor coordination experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
