Job summary

CBRE Building Engineer at McKinley Hill, Taguig seeks a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer to monitor, repair, and optimize building systems including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, energy audits, and coordinating with architects and contractors.

The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to work across teams, and a proactive mindset to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with at least 2 years of experience in facilities or building systems.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Amenable to shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays; able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
• Inspect and test building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on system upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance.
• Conduct energy audits and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
