Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC
• Perform routine maintenance and schedule tasks
• Inspect and test systems regularly for proper function
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors on upgrades
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance
• Conduct energy audits and identify saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulations and codes
