Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed engineer, depending on property's requirements and applicable regulations.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in building, condominium, commercial property, hotel, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and life-safety systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and building equipment troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection of building facilities, equipment, common areas, and critical systems.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, water supply, and other building systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate repairs with qualified contractors and service providers.
• Monitor operation of generators, pumps, elevators, fire protection systems, and other essential equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, readings, and service reports.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and building equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with building, fire safety, environmental, occupational safety, and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify unusual consumption or wastage.
• Supervise and monitor contractors and third-party service providers.
