Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) invites a licensed electrical/mechanical engineer to join our facilities team in Cebu City. You will assist the Property Manager to ensure equipment and facilities operate reliably, support preventive and corrective maintenance, and help drive customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years in property/real estate, a customer‑oriented attitude, and strong coordination with security, maintenance, and janitorial staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Registered Engineer (Electrical and/or Mechanical).
• 1-2 yrs experience specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Must have good attitude and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition through regular inspections and maintenance activities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utility consumption.
• Track and communicate work request status and completion.
• Monitor construction works and ensure guidelines are strictly followed.
• Provide project status reports and assist in preparing plans, estimates, and scopes of works.
• Monitor safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
• Coordinate fire/earthquake drills and daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.
• Participate in presentations, testing, verification, and documentation for projects.
