Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to oversee technical operations in a commercial facility in Makati. You will inspect equipment and areas, assist senior managers, and prepare budgets for repairs and maintenance.

The role requires at least 3 years in a related field and preferred exposure to property/real estate or commercial facilities. Willingness to work onsite in a busy commercial complex is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment and common areas, along with contractual supervisors to ensure that they are in good running condition
• Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements
• Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building
• Do other tasks necessary for the technical aspect of the work
