Job summary

Santos Knight Frank Inc in Cebu City on-site seeks a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee plant and facilities performance, implement maintenance and safety programs, and support the Property Manager with operating budgets and capital projects.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, monitor inventories, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with building rules, and keep detailed equipment records to minimize disruption to services for tenants.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer required.
• Strong technical background in Property Management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Willing to be assigned and work within Cebu Business Park.
• Amenable to a 5.5 days work week schedule / Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of all plant, equipment, and facilities in the building.
• Assist Property Manager with operating expense budgets and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with building rules, safety, and uninterrupted services to tenants.
• Secure permits and licenses related to building operations.
• Plan special projects and maintenance schedules with technical staffing.
