You will inspect equipment, assist senior managers, prepare repair budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the daily technical needs of the property.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered/licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably 2 years experience in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and common areas with supervisors to ensure proper operation.
• Prepare budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Assist General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in technical aspects.
• Perform other tasks related to technical aspects.
• Willing to work in a residential property.
