Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee operations of the property portfolio in Quezon City. You will lead the facilities team, ensure reliable building services, maintain lease compliance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling maintenance, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with tenants and stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in project or operations management for engineering services.
• Deployment location: Quezon City (STT)

Responsibilities

• Lead property management teams to deliver exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining property value.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring adherence to lease agreements and building regulations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to property management and identify areas for improvement.
• Set objectives for property operations and drive a performance-oriented culture.
• Drive continuous improvement in property operations through process enhancements and new technologies.
• Align operational strategies with company goals for long-term portfolio success.
• Assess staffing needs and forecast future demands for the property management team.

Compliance:

• Expertise in ensuring compliance with company policies, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, ensuring legal and operational compliance at all times.

Customer Management:

• Strong customer relationship management skills, ensuring smooth onboarding of new tenants and facilitating a seamless transition into property life.


• Skilled in working with tenant success teams to address tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction, fostering long-term tenant retention.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

• Experienced in managing property budgets, including the allocation of funds for maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.


• Ability to forecast financial needs, monitor spending, and adjust budgets to ensure the effective use of financial resources without compromising service quality.
