Job summary

Littelfuse seeks an Engineering graduate to lead facilities maintenance in our Batangas site. You will create and implement a preventive program, enforce safety practices, and ensure compliance with PEZA permits while keeping equipment reliable and ready for production shifts.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong English and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Join a global team focused on safe energy solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Course, preferably licensed engineer.
• 5+ years experience facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Good physical health and fitness for work on shift schedules.
• Good communication, human relations and leadership skills.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 1400 0 standards, systems.
• Good English skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge in AutoCAD program.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and Implement Facilities Maintenance Program.
• Implement safety practices to reduce or eliminate incidents.
• Ensure compliance with government permits required by PEZA.
• Ensure facility equipment operates efficiently; monitor and act as needed.
• Monitor facility equipment capacity and react when approaching 80%.
• Maintain N+1 and critical spare parts for reliability.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant and surrounding areas.
• Ensure fire fighting equipment is in good running condition and tested.
• Generate and maintain documents, work instructions, procedures, and logs for ISO compliance.

The main objective of this position is to ensure facility equipment is operated efficiently and in good running condition, monitor plant utility consumption, and support energy management, safety practices, are implemented and provide continuous support to production requirements.

About The Job

• Create, develop and Implement Facilities Maintenance Program.
• Implement safety practices to reduce or eliminate incident/accident from happening
• Ensure compliance with government permits required by PEZA.
• Ensures that Facility Equipment is operating efficiently, monitors efficiency and apply necessary action if needed to maintain efficiency at high level.
• Monitors Facility Equipment Capacity and react with necessary action when approaching to 80%.
• Ensures availability of N+1 and Critical spare parts are maintained for system reliability.
• Ensure that plant and it's surrounding area are maintained to it's highest level of cleanliness
• Ensure that fire fighting equipment are in good running condition and are regularly inspected and tested.
• Generate and maintain the necessary Documents , Work Instruction, Procedures, Checklist anmonitord Monitoring log sheet needed for Facilities operation in compliance to ISO standards.

About You
