Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Facilities Manager in the Philippines to lead maintenance and operations for our production facility. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, coordinating internal teams and external service providers to sustain uninterrupted manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of facilities management experience in electronics manufacturing, with strong leadership, budget oversight, and a proven track record in continuous improvement and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in facilities management within electronics, semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in building systems, utilities, and maintenance management for manufacturing facilities.
• Proven leadership with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure reliable and efficient building systems.
• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor performance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, and water systems.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, codes, and environmental/safety standards.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and maintenance contracts.
• Develop and control the facilities operating budget, including CAPEX projects.
• Drive cost-optimization while maintaining safety and reliability.
• Lead facilities and maintenance teams with coaching and performance management.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
