Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a Facilities & Asset Management Officer to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety across office and warehouse facilities in Canumay West, Valenzuela City.

You will schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors, maintain records, and ensure clean, functional spaces while coordinating workplace improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills, with onsite work and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience coordinating facilities, admin, or maintenance operations is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of office, warehouse, and company facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance for building systems, equipment, and utilities.
• Liaise with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance services.
• Monitor facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports, permits, and facility documentation.
• Coordinate office space setup, workstation arrangements, and facility improvements.
