The Facilities and Warehouse Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and operational workplace environment. The role supports office and warehouse operations through facilities upkeep, inventory monitoring, receiving and issuance of materials, logistics coordination, and company vehicle maintenance scheduling. This position helps ensure the continuity of daily business operations by keeping facilities, assets, and inventory in good working condition.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, pantry, comfort rooms, warehouse, and surrounding premises.
Conduct routine inspections of office facilities and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and utility-related concerns with suppliers or service providers.
Monitor office supplies, cleaning materials, and facility-related consumables.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming deliveries, materials, and supplies.
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Assist in material issuance and retrieval as requested by authorized personnel.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement logs.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliation.
Assist in ensuring proper documentation of inventory transactions.
Coordinate company vehicle preventive maintenance and car wash schedules.
Monitor vehicle condition and report repair requirements.
Assist in scheduling deliveries, pickups, and transportation requirements.
Maintain transport-related records and documentation.
High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Technical/Vocational Graduate.
Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse and facilities-related tasks.
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and warehouse operations.
Experience in facilities maintenance, warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics support.
Familiarity with basic inventory monitoring tools such as Excel or inventory logs.
TESDA certifications such as Warehousing Services NC II, Housekeeping NC II, or related courses are an advantage.
