Job summary

Quantum Clubhouse in Cavite, Carmona is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Staff to maintain cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall condition of the sports facility. Qualifications

Job Summary
The Facilities & Maintenance Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, functionality, and overall condition of the sports and recreation facility. The role handles daily facility inspections, housekeeping, basic repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure that all areas, equipment, and amenities are safe, clean, operational, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of courts, activity areas, restrooms, changing rooms, reception areas, and other facility spaces.

• Perform routine cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, and waste disposal to maintain a clean and presentable environment.

• Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting for minor electrical, plumbing, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and facility-related issues.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks of equipment, facilities, and building fixtures.

• Ensure sports equipment, tools, furniture, and facility amenities are properly maintained and stored.

• Monitor and report damaged, defective, unsafe, or malfunctioning equipment and facilities.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining facilities for events, tournaments, activities, and customer use.

• Replenish housekeeping, sanitation, maintenance, and other facility supplies as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout operating hours, including responding promptly to spills, messes, or urgent housekeeping concerns.

• Coordinate with external technicians, contractors, or service providers when specialized repairs or maintenance are required.

• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and facility procedures at all times.

• Maintain basic records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and reported facility concerns.

• Support the Operations team in ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and customer-ready.

• Perform other facility, maintenance, housekeeping, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate preferred.

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, housekeeping, building maintenance, hotel, sports facility, or similar environment is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning, lifting, moving equipment, and other hands‑on duties.

• Ability to use basic maintenance tools and cleaning equipment.

• Reliable, hardworking, organized, and attentive to detail.

• Able to identify and report safety hazards and facility issues.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, and during events as required.
