Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations, ensuring equipment efficiency and budget alignment across the site.

The role involves planning for emergencies, managing security and safety, building vendor relationships, and driving process improvements while collaborating with senior management. You will also support ad-hoc requests and foster a constructive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in facilities management.
• Tertiary degree or equivalent education/experience.

Incumbent may be exposed to minimally adverse environmental conditions such as inclement weather, chemicals and/or hazardous machinery. Incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
