Lead and manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned buildings or facilities ensuring its support to achieve business operations KPIs, service operational effectiveness and efficiencies, productivity, cost revenue by managing upkeep, coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance and safety regulations.
Act as the focal person for site projects and ensure that projects are delivered with the determined scope, budget and quality standard.

- Initiates repair and maintenance, and facility improvement activities of office/building component, equipment, furniture and fixture; [Text]
- Develop and review layout plan for existing and new warehouse facility or office ensuring compliance with local and national codes and standards and industry best practices.
- Plans, executes, and monitors all technical aspects of a project, ensuring completion based on agreed timeline, within budget, and according to specifications, through managing design details, collaborating with vendors, and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommends material specifications and established workmanship standards for repairs and maintenance, rehabilitation, renovation and construction;
- Recommends necessary tools and equipment for construction, installation, testing and checking and repair and maintenance;
- Develops and maintains maintenance programs and testing procedures for facility component and equipment;
- Assess and monitors the compliance, safety and acceptable conditions of all facilities.
- Assign and manage work and schedule of outsourced maintenance staff;
- Analyze and evaluate repairs and maintenance job order requests, recommends action plans and collaborate with the end user/maintenance team/service providers for immediate resolution;
- Coordinate with building owners/building administrators for leased spaces on major and minor repairs of facilities owned by the building;
- Facilitate the project coordination meeting of end-user/supplier/service provider;
- Provides technical support on investigating complaints, evaluating problems, and recommending facility solutions and improvements.
- Ensures that work is in compliance with local and national codes and internationally accepted professional standards and scientific methods;
- Maintains records of maintenance reports, project documentation and test results.

Educational Background
- Bachelor Science of Engineering (CE,EE,ME)
- 5-8 years of experience (Project & Facility Management)Professional Experience
- Engineering license required
