We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facialist/Aesthetician to join the LUXEVANITY TRADING OPC team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional beauty and skincare services to our valued clientele. As a Facialist/Aesthetician, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, providing professional facial treatments and personalized skincare consultations. This role is integral to maintaining LUXEVANITY's reputation for excellence and ensuring every client leaves our establishment feeling rejuvenated and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of professional facial treatments and skincare procedures using industry-standard techniques and premium products

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to identify client skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments

• Provide personalized skincare advice and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs

• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, skin conditions, and preferences

• Ensure all treatment areas and equipment are sanitized and maintained to the highest hygiene standards

• Stay updated on the latest facial treatment trends, skincare innovations and beauty industry best practices

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients

• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain punctuality to ensure smooth daily operations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

What we're looking for

• A recognized qualification or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology or facialist training from an accredited institution

• Proven experience working as a facialist or aesthetician in a professional beauty or spa setting

• Comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, skin types and common skin conditions

• Proficiency with professional facial equipment and premium skincare product lines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple client bookings efficiently
