JOB OVERVIEW: AESTHETICIAN

An Aesthetician performs skincare, aesthetic treatments or procedures and other cosmetic services to patients. With expertise in skin analysis and product knowledge, that can help clients achieve the desired results. And a strong customer service skills and a passion for skincare that are essential for building client trust and satisfaction.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, micro needling, and other customized facial treatments.
• Administer aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments
• Operate and maintain aesthetic devices and equipment and ensure proper use and storage; report any malfunction / damage in a timely manner
• Assess clients' skin types and conditions to recommend the best treatments and products suited to their needs.

OTHERS

• Offer facial and body massage to promote relaxation and enhance circulation during skincare treatments.
• Apply, maintain, and remove eyelash extensions according to client preferences and eye shape.
• Provide basic nail care services such as manicures and pedicures in some settings.

Requirements:

⦁ At least High School graduate

⦁ 1–2 years of experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role

⦁ Skilled in facials, chemical peels, micro needling, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures

⦁ Familiar with various skincare products and able to recommend the right products for different skin types and concerns

⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment

⦁ With accredited training certificates related to aesthetic treatments and/or cosmetic services

⦁ Licensed Aesthetician or holder of similar certification is an advantage but not required

⦁ Must have physical stamina to perform multiple treatments daily
